The new tenant must apply for a housing permit at the municipality. The municipality has set a maximum annual income limit of € 61.148,- in the case of a one-person household and € 77.521,- for households consisting of two or more persons. Should a tenant’s annual income exceed this amount, he or she is ineligible to rent a property in this category.
